Nolan Tooley is a Santa Barbara native and commercial real estate expert specializing in sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial property in Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties. He joined Hayes Commercial Group in 2022, following a successful tenure with Marcus & Millichap a leading firm specializing in commercial real estate sales where he was awarded M&M’s Rising Star Award and Emerging Core Award. Nolan excels in building long lasting relationships with his clients by understanding their objectives and making them his priority. He utilizes his focused determination, ambitious work ethic, and marketing skills to achieve his clients’ goals. As a trusted advisor, Nolan provides invaluable guidance including analysis, pricing and strategic planning to achieve optimal results. Nolan’s extensive knowledge of the local marketplace–including properties, investors, tenants, and sources of capital throughout the area–allows him to develop effective strategies for successful outcomes.

Nolan attended University of California Davis on a football scholarship. He currently resides in Santa Barbara. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Nolan enjoys all that Santa Barbara has to offer. In his free time you can find him dirtbiking, hiking or watching sports.
