Procore is subleasing one of the buildings at its campus overlooking the ocean in Carpinteria, according to a listing with Hayes Commercial Group.
The 50,000-square-foot building, located at 6267 Carpinteria Ave., is adjacent to Procore’s headquarters at 6309 Carpinteria Ave.
“With our hybrid work policy, we do not currently have the same near-term requirements for office space,” Scott Moitoza, the vice president of real estate, facilities and procurement at Procore said in an email to the Business Times. “As a result, we are subleasing a small portion of the multi-building campus we occupy in Carpinteria.”
Procore, a cloud software company for the construction industry, has no plans to move out of the region, according to Moitoza.
The for-lease building looked empty on a recent Monday afternoon, but the main building had some cars in the parking lot.
The first floor and second floor of the office building are available separately or together, the listing states.
The asking rate is $2.20 triple net, and each floor has 25,000 square feet of space available.
