Bank & Trust is the largest independent bank on the South Coast with over 1,200 employees. In 1999, the firm's headquarters burned down and Hayes and DeJohn were hired to find
a suitable location to immediately move its employees.

RESULTS:
Agents secured a lease for a 103,000 sf office building at 1 S. Los Carneros Road in Goleta. This lease was valued at $18
million.

ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS: - Subleased 13,000 sf of 1 S. Los Carneros to Tecolote Research.
- Subleased 20,000 sf of 1 S. Los Carneros to Polycom.
- Leased 65,000 sf of office space
for back office operations at 500 S. Fairview.
- Handle all leasing at 16 W. Mission, a 20,000 sf office building in Santa Barbara.
- Helped negotiate a lease buy-out on
30,000 sf of office space in downtown Santa Barbara.
