Pamela Scott brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the Hayes Commercial Group team. Focusing exclusively on sales and leasing of retail property, she has earned the trust of major financial institutions, including exclusive representation of Wells Fargo, in addition to consumer retail chains such as Smart & Final, BigLots!, and McDonald's. Pam's reach is truly regional, working with owners, tenants, and investors across Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.
While building a reputation for integrity, Pam has distinguished herself through a unique combination of creativity and persistence. Her proven ability to find solutions and then see them through to completion has clients praising her "market knowledge, follow-up, and professionalism." Her talents and experience also make her a very effective negotiator.
After 18 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial/CB Richard Ellis and Grubb & Ellis, Pam shifted her schedule, taking time to raise two daughters while continuing to work part-time as owner/broker of Scott Commercial. In 2008 she joined forces full time with Hayes Commercial Group.
